Swap from Pontprennau to Canton
I have a modern spacious semi detached 2 bed house in Claverton Way, Pontprennau, a small estate (Link-Cymru) close to Lisvane and Cardiff Gate with it numerous shops including Asda. The property is about 4 years old and in excellent order - it has been decorated and carpeted throughout. The house has a drive with parking for up to 2 cars. A front garden and nice size back garden with shed (the back garden does need attention). The house has georgian windows, a downstairs toilet that can be converted to a shower/wet room. It has a hallway, lounge and separate kitchen diner, shower to bathroom. Both bedrooms are large double rooms. The main bedroom has a built in wardrobe and cupboard. The attic is part boarded with a light source, there is ample storage, with numerous cupboards through the house. There are also lovely views over Cardiff from the back of the house. As this is a corner plot, there are neighbours only to the one side of me who are nice and very quiet. There are excellent schools and amenities close by - eg. bus stops, chemist, community centre, Drs, parks etc. The catchment area for secondary schools are Llanishen and Whitchurch High Schools.
I am looking to move to a 2/3 bed house in Canton, may consider properties in the Ely Bridge (Farmfoods) Culverhouse Cross (Heol Homfray)/Wenvoe/ areas. Additional photos available on request.
