As of October 2008, all rental properties will need an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) on change of tenant.
AJL Home Inspections are now offering Landlords and Letting Agents Rental Energy Performance Certificates for as little as £55 (no VAT) for volumes of 5 properties or more assessed within the same week.
As the EPC is valid for 10 years, why not order your EPC early to avoid delays.
