I’m looking for a friendly, considerate, tidy but laid-back female to take over the rent of my room as I’m soon to be moving in with my boyfriend. The room is a spacious double in a shared 3-bed house just off City Road, Roath. You would be sharing with one girl and one guy, both 20-something professionals, in a lovely light and quirky house. The house has laminate flooring throughout the ground floor, spacious living and dining areas, a good-sized kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer and nice bathroom with bath and shower – also wireless broadband, gas central heating and residents street parking for a small fee. The bedroom is towards the back of the house so is quiet and comes furnished with a double bed, Ikea wardrobe and matching chest of 3 drawers and I’d be willing to leave my desk if required. The rent is £245 pcm excluding bills and there will also be a deposit and agency fee (though I will be sharing the cost of the agency fee). Availability of the room is dependent on when I can move into my new place but is likely to be June or July.
