Hi,
I have a large double bedroom available in a friendly three bedroom flat on Albany rd. Just mins away from the Claude Hotel and seconds from public transport.
The flat itself is bright and roomy. You would be sharing with one male and one female both in their mid 20's.
We are looking for a professional, happy person to stay from 11th Sept up until 11th of November, with the possibility of long term.
Rent will be 300 per month including all bills, sky and internet. There will be 100 pound deposit required and returned after stay.
