Hi there everyone! My name is Alika and I have an exhibition coming up this time next year in Cardiff City Center. I'll also have the images in a book with 7 other photographers work. At the moment I've been very interested in photographing the body.

This project I'm looking to photograph people's control and Power over their own bodies. I'm currently looking for people who have modified their bodies in any way, the more extreme the better also including body building. I am looking to photograph the modification close up and abstract and then have a few words from the person on why they wanted to modify their body. I want your opinions and words as I feel body modification is often not understood. As the images will be close ups you will remain anonymous. bone arm implants, elf ears, head implants, scaring, ring implants, tongue splitting, body suspension, steel implants, body building, tattooing, tribal scaring and many more.
