We have a spacious large 2 bed ground floor flat in Fairwater, Cardiff.
We have recently redecorated and fitted our own kitchen.

We have an enclosed communal courtyard which the children use to play, and are only 5 mins walk from all local amenities schools and public transport. We have our own shed in the courtyard.

The neighbours are all lovely, it is only a small block containing 6 flats and most of the residents have been here for many years. It is very quiet here as most people who live here have young children or are elderly so never any problems with noise.
