Based in Newbridge, our client is seeking a competent manager to cope with all aspects of running the business on a day to day basis.

You must have previous management experience and HR responsibilities.
You must be fully capable in Profit & Loss systems, budgeting and costing.
A passion for driving a business forward is a must.
An NVQ in Catering is desired but not essential.

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.
Hours: Varied, alternate Friday/Saturday nights off, closed Sundays.

In return for your hard work and commitment you will be eligible for an annual performance related bonus.

A three bedroomed flat is also available free of charge to the right candidate.
