Ideally we are looking for a 1st level nurse who has the ability to communicate effectively at all levels , to apply for this role you must have relevant experience and an appropriate qualification. You must also have previous supervisory experience.
As an RMN you will be working alongside the manager and the team to exercise a high quality of care to the residents. Participate in the formulation of individual care plans, their operation and evaluation. You will communicate effectively with relatives and other visitors to the home. Delegate duties and organise the routine for care assistants/domestic staff. Keep all recording systems up to date as necessary and any other duties that may, from time to time, contribute towards the smooth and efficient running of the home.
