Current occupants are a phd student based at the uni, a final year med student and a final year mechancal engineer student, although it's more of a young professionals house-i.e. not messy! House has two bathrooms, big kitchen, conservatory/living room with underfloor heating! Parking's available outside, 1 min walk from co-op, fruit and veg shop, bars, cafe's. It's a 20 min walk to the centre of town and a 3min drive to a massive tesco's-so everything you need really.
Bills work out at about £40 a month all in(internet, phone line, gas, elec and water-we're not on a water meter either so you can have as long a shower as your heart desires).
