School experience is not always essential, if you have a care background then this role may also be suitable for you. You must have the desire to work with children. We are looking for Learning Support Assistants who are dedicated to working with young people and will strive to raise achievements. You need to be happy working with both Primary aged and Secondary aged groups of usually 8 - 10 children or young people. Schools will include moderate to severe learning difficulties, though will be fully briefed on the type of school before the assignment starts.
