Two rooms available for rent asap until July 1st, this is when the contract is up. So if you wanted to stay on longer, you'd have to discuss it further with the landlady etc.
Rooms are both spacious and of similar size, both including a wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers and a double bed. The house is a five bedroom, fairly large house with large kitchen/living room area, bathroom, shower room and also a separate toilet. We also have a washing machine and tumble dryer...ooo and a dish washer too, Free parking is also available outside the front of the house and there are spaces at the back of the house too. There is also a bus stop at the top of the street which passes to go to town and takes about 15mins, otherwise its about a half an hour walk into the center. Rooms are £260 a month, but unfortunatly this doesnt include other bills. We have internet access and Virgin Media TV. The house is situated in the Roath area of Cardiff, just by Roath park.
At the moment there is three of us living here, all professionals, two females and one male, all in our early 20s, we are socialable and friendly....and hoping for like minded people.
