We have a 2bedroom house in a quiet street in Tremorfa,located in a cul-de-sac the street has a lot of private houses. We have just decked the back garden,we have a front drive. We are also having a new kitchen fitted by the council, they are also plastering the kitchen walls within 2wks time.
The house has two lovely size bedrooms with a new carpet in the front bedroom,there are plenty of shops here and the bus stop is just around the corner which takes you into town within 10mins,there is a swimming pool 5mins walk away and a primary and high school just 5mins walk away.

Our reason for wanting to move is that we need a bigger house for our children. We are looking for a 3 or 4 bedroom property,most areas considered in and around Cardiff.
