Contract or Permanent IT Recruitment Consultant.

Package:
£20-30k basic although they will upto £50k basic dependent on experience.
Flat 20% of everything billed.
Guarantees paid - negotiable.
Uncapped Commission.
Car Allowance.
You may be able to receive a contract book.
Corporate incentives & trips.
Monthly, Yearly prizes for surpassing targets.

£20k basic upwards on experience. £50k basic will be paid if someone has a demonstrable background in recruitment and can negotiate to this level. Commission is uncapped and paid at a high rate. Generous package is included.

Requirements:
My client are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with a proven background in end to end, 360 degree recruitment e.g. full lifecycle.

You will be looking for a higher basic, more commission, more recognition and better package. You may be looking for a bigger brand name with which to sell.

You maybe working for a small independent and want the security of a larger business in this current economic climate.

IT recruitment is preferable although this position is not closed to perm recruiters or recruiters from another discipline.
