i have a 3storey 3bedroom house, but im looking to swap for a 3bedroom 2storey house. i am willing to pay good money for a swap i have been here for 3years now i have never had any trouble its nice and quiet close to schools , shops, bus stop and taxi rank .
looking for a house anywhere else in llanedeyrn or pentwyn maybe other areas considered

would consider leaving my 5ring gas cooker which is very similar to one the in the picture. also my fireplace and table and chairs which i have put pictures of these, the fireplace surrond in the picture is dark oak mine is white and the table and chairs picture has leather seats mine are solid oak. the house is pretty big i have a open plan kitchen then into the dinning room
2nd floor is a living room and a bedroom
3rd floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom
