i have a large 2 bedroomed ground floor flat in cathays, 5 minutes walk from roath park. New fitted kitchen, New central heating and boiler,large front bay window and property is fully decorated, property has front and rear garden,and only 10 minute walk to town.Local school,bus stops,and shopping area right on the doorstep. I am really disappointed i have to leave this property as have spent lots of time and energy getting it how i wanted it to be,but my family seems to be growing and i need an extra room.I am looking for a 3 bedroomed property in roath ,cathays ,llanishen or whitchurch.
