i have a 2 bed house looking to exchange to gibbonsdown or colcot area, or as close to bryn hafren as i can due to my daughter starting there next year.
this is a council house i have.
we have small front and nice size back garden, pvc doors and windows
neighbours are of mixed ages (elderly on either side to me)
we are across the road to doctors dentist and local shops
we are off barry road - in between cadoxton primary and , and jennar park primary
this is a nice clean and decorated house
