This is a house share with a married couple - you would have your own bathroom which has a shower/bath.

A clean and tidy double bedroom for rent, which has recently been refurbished, modern brand new bed, 1.5 wardrobe, long mirror and bedside table. Room has colour TV and Freeview box and booster aerial.

BATHROOM
Large modern bathroom with large round bath and power shower. (Owners of the house use their own bathroom).

OTHER FACILITIES
1. 2 fridges in the kitchen.
2. We have a conservatory with its own seating and dining area so there is always plenty of places to have privacy in addition to the other rooms in the house.
3. Use of a computer with broadband and own private login included also WIFI in the house if you have your own laptop/PC.
4. Off road parking space available.
5. TV in main lounge has SKY including recording facility.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Two references
2. 1 month’s bond rent required. £300 per current month, which includes gas/electric/water/council tax.
3. Must be a clean tidy professional person, that is an animal lover as we have 2 cats and 1 small friendly dog.
4. Strictly no smoking or DSS.
