What we are looking for in our Front of House staff

This is a unique position in a unique property. The right person for this position will be an experienced, confident, self motivated, enthusiastic professional who is prepared to work hard and in return be rewarded with great surroundings and good prospects. They must have a passion for luxury and high end service.

The ideal candidate will:

Be well turned out, friendly and committed to ensuring guests and non-residents are well looked after and enjoy every visit

Provide first class service second to none with a warm welcome and excellent telephone manner

Have knowledge of hotel back office and reservation systems and be able to think on their feet

Have at least one year’s experience in a FRont of House position
