After having a baby recently, I have decided I really need a bit more in my life to stop me going bonkers as well as shifting the baby belly!

I am looking for a netball club or team in Caerphilly, Newport or Cardiff. I've not played since school but was a regular team player in WA but am also able to play WD and C.

Not essential to be playing competitively, however.
