Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have specific experience in production of building systems and have experience managing & developing teams within a target based structure

From this experience you will be able to hire a dedicated team & work to agreed Key Performance Indicator’s ensuring existing & future demand is fully met

The candidate will be able to communicate with internal & external customers, & develop company standards whilst motivating the team effectively via first rate people skills

The expectation of this position is to set up a system builds department rapidly as part of our company strategy & has the ability to connect with key supply partners & internal departments to professionally & successfully implement this key component for our business
