Recruitment Consultant - Cardiff


BRC Ltd is specialist provider of staff to the Public Sector, with a track-record established over the last 10 years.

We are embarking on an exciting expansion to grow our business aggressively over the next 3 years.

These ambitions have already seen us appoint a new Finance Director and Managing Director in the last 12 months with further expansion planned across our UK office network.

Our plan for Manchester will see us shortly relocate into new modern premises within the City Centre along with continued investment in ambitious people to drive our business forward in the North West.

To aid this expansion, we are looking for Consultants with experience of Public Sector Recruitment within Housing, Social Care and technical arenas (Temp or Perm) who would be keen join a progressive and dynamic S.M.E with considerable growth ambition.

Prior experience as a consultant within the Public Sector environment is essential along with familiarity with the following:

- Proven track record of success to date as a recruitment consultant
- Sales ability, both face to face and over the phone
- The ability to build relationships
- Strong communication skills
- Professional manner
- Tenacious approach
- Strong customer service focus
- Good work ethic
- High commitment level
- Team orientated work approach
