I am looking for either a one bedroom flat or studio apartment for myself. I am a mature student (female) in my early 40's who has in the last few years come back into study after working in a professional environment in London for thirteen years. I am originally from the Pontypridd area so I do know the surrounding area's outside Cardiff and Cardiff itself. From September I will be going into my final year of doing this degree so, I would preferably like to have a quiet and clean flat to rent which will see me comfortably through the next year of what will be a 'hard studying year'. I am a very responsible person in looking after a household and I am clean, tidy and organised. I am also a non-smoker and I do not have any pets. I am looking to pay around £400 pcm to rent an apartment, albeit being a flat or studio. If something does come up that is quite comfortable and nice, I might be persuaded to part with more, but not much more than the price that I have given. I would expect some sort of contract to be set out with landlord and myself, hopefully without an agency getting involved. This would cut out the price for both myself and the landlord in question. I can provide references.
