Based out of Cardiff we are looking for a support analyst with goods communication skills to provide 1st and 2nd line support to a variety of users. The suitable person will be able to demonstrate strong support and administration experience of MS office, AS/400, Windows both Desktop and server hardware. You will also be able to demonstrate where you have configured e-mail, network and lotus notes systems. You will have progressed form a service desk environment and have good attention to details. You will be supporting a large number of users over multiple sites ensuring al MI details are kept up to date
