Hi, im currently living in a quite area of tongwynlais in a ground floor 2 bed flat. The flat is very spacious with a back and front garden, has just had a brand new kitchen and bathroom fitted including a new shower. Is walking distance close to all local ammentities, incl asda, spar, post office and about 15min drive from town. Also the taff trail is near by. Would be a perfect flat and location for an elderly couple or people that like peace and quiet as theres plenty of that here. The reason i want to move is that I currently live here with my 1yr old son but am finding it difficult communting back and forth to work and to his creche in the llanrumney area.
I Am looking to exchange to a 2 or 3 bed house with garden in either; llanrumney, trowbridge, rumney, roath, pengam green or st.mellons.
Im wanting to do this around the end of sept begining of october, but i guess the process could be started before if anyone is interested as im not sure how long it takes, as i havent exchanged before. Thanks for reading.
