Team Leader - RMN jobs based in South Wales

My client is looking for an RMN to work in their nursing home for the elderly in Bridgend, South Wales.

The nursing home is owned by a large national care organisation that is committed to providing the highest standards of adult care in a comfortable and well-supported environment.

In this role you will be providing care to elderly residents suffering from physical disabilities and mental health problems.

Successful nurses will be able to display the following essential criteria;

> Valid Nursing & Midwifery Council Registration and valid PIN
> Nursing Qualification
> Have excellent communication & leadership qualities

You will be able to display a calm and patient approach to nursing care working to high environmental standards, whilst continuing to promote the positive reputation of the home.
