Sous Chef required for a small 3 Rosette fine dining property in Mid/West Wales. The position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a Sous Chef position in a small kitchen where emphasis is on quality and not high volume. It is anticipated that a further rosette and Michelin start be gained in the next year; applicants should therefore have experience in 3 or 4 rosette or Michelin star kitchens. The operation is set in a magnificent setting and offers a change of scenery for a chef used to high pressure and fast paced operations. Salary is c£20k and is negotiable dependant upon experience.
