George Thomas Hospice Care is the major provider within Cardiff and of home based hospice care. Each year we care and support for over 1,000 patients and their families suffering cancer and other life threatening illnesses. We are a registered charity and are required to raise a large bulk of our running costs through voluntary fundraising.
