Boulders is looking for a part time receptionist to be part of the team.
Boulders indoor climbing is a fun and friendly enviroment to work in. As a Boulders Receptionist you will be required to:
Answer telephones and intercoms, take messages, respond to inquiries and give directions to Boulders.
Provide comprehensive secretarial and clerical support to Centre staff and management.
Assist with bookkeeping.
Greet visitors, conduct Centre tours as needed, and provide basic information to visitors and callers on all Boulders products and courses.
Take and input bookings into Centre diary.
General assistance with customer’s daily needs and routines.
Assist in opening and/or closing of the facility at the beginning and/or ending of each day as needed.
Upkeep and maintenance of staff notice board.
