wanting a 2 bedroom house

it's a 2 bedroom house in the splott area it's a quiet an freindly street,the house is about 13years old the master bedroom is quiet big,the other bedroom queit small,bathroom upstairs not very big,the living room is not very big but reasonable,the kitchen how ever is massive very spacious,there's a back garden which ain't big,there's also a private car parking spaces a rear,10 mins from city centre,near shops,schools ain't to far away.i would like a slightly bigger house.would like to stay in splott or adamsdown no other areas considered sorry.
