As you may have read that massage is the latest method of losing weight being tried by celebs but a top journalist has found that it really works.
Anna Richardson tried massage as part of the new Channel 4 TV series Supersize for Super skinny and she surprised when she lost inches off her waist almost instantly.
The size 14 Journalist as been trying out all the top faddy diets and weight loss treatments in a bid to drop a few dress sizes. Next weeks episode will see her try the colonic massage with immediate results
Following this non-surgical nip/tuck Anna lost centimetres from her waist and hips by “pooing a dress size”!

The session is usually 1 hour,
The session is 2 parts, firstly we will start by 15 minutes of worming up exercise, then the massage, the massage itself lasts approximately 15 – 45 minutes, these during this time a very deep therapeutic massage is used so as to loosen your muscles, fats and hardened faecal material, and to encourage the natural peristaltic action that the colon uses for elimination.
During the treatment, lovely relaxing music will play in the background while we will discuss with you anything, which includes diet and lifestyle.
After the session, you probably so relaxed that you will go to sleep or might eat a light diet and drink plenty of water.
Sessions should be in Cardiff area at your relaxing home environment,
1-3 sessions every week should be conducted.
The sessions are totally free, you just need to show that you have lerned them and guide me on ways to make them more enjoyable.
I only need 5 cases to launch this project. It will not cost you anything except some candles, white sheets and oil.
