Our client requires a temporary Housing Officer for 3 months based in South Wales

This is a Generic Housing Officer Post and the successful candidate will have previous experience, be confident in their ability to carry out the following job role.

Providing housing management to a portfolio of general needs properties.
Have a good knowledge of housing law and benefits
Welfare benefit advice
Tenancy management experience

Tenant Involvement
Neighbour Nuisance and Anti Social Behaviour.
Mutual Exchanges
Property inspections
