The Roles:
Commis Chef
Working in every section of the kitchen and in turn making sure that each section's high standards are maintained.
Working with the CDP and Sous chefs reporting to them on a daily basis.
Assisting in the large banqueting operation as well as providing excellent quality bar meals to the provate members of the club.
This is a hands on role requiring a passionate person who simply loves food and wants to be a part of something truly great!
Chef de Partie
Working with the Head and Sous Chefs in order to ensure that only the highest qulaity of food and presentation is delivered.
Guiding and assisitng the Commis Chef in their day to day duties.
Assisting in the banqueting operation
Sous Chefs x 2
You will be a skilled and competent Sous Chef or Strong Chef de Partie looking for their next role.
You must have excellent organisational skills as the function facilities are already booked throughout 2008 and see weddings most weekends - only the highest standards of service is acceptable.
You will be running the kitchen and the chefs in the absence of the Head Chef so the ability to lead and motivate a team is essential.
All roles will be required to comply with and maintian all health and safety policies and procedures. Further training is available to all chefs and in particualr commis chefs can see training. With a current food hygiene certificate preferred you will be able to prove your enthusiasm for food and in return can benefit from the following:
