We are looking for an accomplished assistant account manager with entrepreneurial flair, strong commercial skills and an affinity with the Illamasqua brand. This role breaks the mould of the traditional assistant counter manager – we need ambitious, skilled people who are ready to deliver a completely fresh customer experience, and are committed to quickly establishing Illamasqua as a top performing brand in-store.

As the brand’s representative in store, you must be a confident communicator able to establish a productive relationship with store management. And because we value your input and want you to think outside the box, we’ll need you to be creative and proactive in raising awareness of the brand, particularly by attracting customers through in-store and local marketing activity.

Our Assistant Account Manager along with the Account Manager are the guardians of our brand, something we all strongly believe in, so we’ll expect you to bring our values to life in everything you do. We’re a responsive and supportive business, and we’ll give you excellent training plus continuous development as your career progresses.

We want you to prove you’re up to the challenge, and we’re looking for evidence that you have previously run a successful sales team, within a style or image-related consumer sector.
