Housing Officer
My client is a South Wales based Housing Association established for over twenty-five years. They are currently seeking a temporary housing officer to join their Carmarthen office. The organisation provide housing and support across six local authorities in Wales.
To role has been created due to sickness of a permanent member of staff and expected to last for a period of a month. There is the possibility it will be extended beyond this point. The main purpose of the role is to provide housing management services to families and young people in the Carmarthen, Ammanford and Llanelli working in conjunction with the Local Authority. General responsibilities of the role will include, rent arrears, ASB, estate management, voids, allocations and lettings.
