Perfect for someone needing temporary accommodation in Cardiff. 10 minute walk to city center. Massive double bedroom, furnished. Very light. Large modern kitchen, with conservatory attached and good size patio so a great space for the summer evenings. One other girl and 2 boys live there in the house. Reason for sub letting is that my new tenancy starts in June so I will be paying double rent. Good parking and a quiet street as its a no through road. The room will need to be vacated on the 30th June.
