Hi, I have a single room available in my flat in Cardiff Bay (5 mins walk to Millennium Centre). The room has good storage space and the flat itself is a good size in a quiet street. The flat has a washing machine, broadband and Sky+.

I'm a 28 year old professional female, I work normal office hours and like to go to the cinema and gym on week nights. I'm not a big party animal but do like a night out with the girls some weekends.

I'm only looking to rent short-term (up to 3 months). The rent is £300pcm inc. bills. Ideally looking for females 23+, but generally just a like-minded person who is considerate and tidy. No smokers or pets.
