Hi,
I am looking for a lodger. I have a large open plan modern terrace and have a double room which I am wanting to rent out and house share. I am a 30 year old female who works 9 - 5. I am looking for someone who doesn't mind a few drinks on the weekends and someone who will hopefully become a friend and who doesn't mind a few BBQ's in the summer!
All bills are included - that includes use of everthing, sky, internet, washing machine, dishwasher etc
