2 Rooms sleep 4 people all together - one double room, one twin room
Can add mattress if desperate.

We have 2 bathrooms in the house so should be no problem

Rates = £25pp per night, ideally for 4 people for 2 nights to make it worthwhile.

Breakfast available (not cooked), tea/coffee/ & towels provided if wanted.
