A small but gorgeous boutique hotel within a stone's throw of Cardiff is currently recruiting for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their team.

Job Description
Our client is an eccentric 10+ bedroom hotel near Cardiff with luxury spa and leisure facilities as well as rosette quality restaurant.
They are currently recruiting an experienced chef de rang to join this prestigious hotel.

Required Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar environment.
You will also be experienced at 2-3 rosette which is the level this hotel is currently operating at.
A passionate and vibrant individual will be favoured.

Salary and Benefits
The starting salary is £16000- £18000 depending on experience.
There is no live in accommodation at this property, so you will be required to commute from Cardiff or it's surrounds.
