This laptop has served me well, I cannot find any negatives, the only problems are the slight wear on the mousepad (does NOT affect the mouse operation) and the "+" key on the keyboard. The only other minor thing is the speaker covers at the front have wearing of the paint. (none of these things affect the useability)
