This is a Romanian hand made glass decanter with six goblets. Each goblet is individually made, so no two are ever exactly the same. The patterns and colours achieved in the glass overlay they apply after the glass has been shaped is truly breathtaking and cannot be reproduced in a photograph sadly.

They are made in the Brasov region of Transylvania, which again adds a touch of mystery (and Dracula) to these glasses.

The decanter stands about 14 inches high, and the glasses about 10 inches high.

They can be used as a decorative set or as a practical set as they are fully functional.

I am actually in the process of arranging a 40 foot container full of this Romanian glass to be brought back to the UK. I think it will be such a big hit and not only that, it will be a boost to the economy over there.

But in the meantime, we need to find out what these little beauties here are worth. So.....happy bidding.

PS......I made the P & P up to £10.00. The reason for that is the fact I will ensure it is wrapped so carefully in bubble wrap etc etc so as to avoid damage. I'm not sure what it will cost to package it to be honest, so I had a wild guess and if it is less I'll refund that to the person who buys it.
