Before we tell you what we do and who we are, we want to tell you what we are not; we are not fly-by-nights; we are not a franchise operation; we do not ask our consultants for thousands of pounds to work for us or to work with us; we do not take any of the money our consultants take from their clients. Our consultants are self-employed and work in their own businesses or with one of our existing Associate businesses and directly with the general public advising and taking client instructions regarding inter alia, wills, trusts or other estate planning issues.
We train all applicants and provide as much post-training support as they need. The course takes place over three days and is overseen or delivered by law practitioners and qualified teachers. In addition, we can offer advice to consultants on setting up their own businesses unless they choose to work with any of our current consultants. On successful completion of the course, consultants are invited to become members of the European Association of Will writers and Estate Planners (the EAW) and can individually apply for membership of the Institute of Para-Legals – which we recommend – or membership of similar organisations.
Earning potential is substantial and we operate a system to provide you with a monthly income for the rest of your life, equating to thousands of pounds per month for very little effort, and periodic capital payments even after retirement from the business.
