I have been playing guitar for 10 years, over that period I have completed grades 1-8 on electric guitar and have also reached grade 5 in music theory. I have three years of teaching experience during which I have taught 20 students of a range of ages and abilities. All of my previous students passed their grades with distinction (the highest possible achievement), and some have gone on to study for diplomas in music.
I teach all styles including rock, jazz, acoustic, funk, pop, blues and metal. Unlike many teachers I negotiate a personalised teaching programme with every individual student. So whether you wish to take grades, learn your favourite songs, or improve specific techniques, you will be getting exactly what you want from your lessons.
