Banqueting Demi Chef de Partie required to work in this large 5 star C&B kitchen catering for up to 900 diners for dinner dances etc. You will work in a full time brigade of 6/ chefs within this separate kitchen within a larger 5 star hotel. South Wales location, live in available nearby (no transport required). Excellent opportunity within high class kitchen to learn and excel.
