SOCIAL WORKER LEARNING DISABILITIES & MENTAL HEALTH

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Social Worker for one of our leading clients.

Qualifications: DipSW / CQSW / BA Hons in Social Work

Job Purpose:

To provide a responsive social work service using appropriate methods of assessment and intervention within the relevant statutory and company requirements.

Responsibilities include:

Assessment of needs of Adults with a Learning Disability and Mental Health Problems.
Manage an allocated caseload.
Work to empower individuals by helping them make informed choices.
Work with other professionals to assess and meet the needs.
Develop ones own knowledge and practice.
Carry out statutory objectives in line with relevant legislation.
