Team Leader
We are currently recruiting for a large established Contact Centre based firm who are looking to appoint an experienced Team Leader to drive their Telesales team forward.
The successful candidate Will have held a similar role in a Call Centre environment specialising in Sales, have supervisory experience and possess excellent organisational skills. The Team Leader will be responsible fora a team of 15 Telesales Agents and will answer to the Assistant Call Centre Manager on a daily basis.
This fantastic opportunity offers a salary of up to £20,000 per annum with a £3,000 bonus and excellent career opportunities.
Desirable:
- Team Leader experience
- Proven ability of managing teams through a coaching style of leadership
- Telesales background preferably in telecoms and/or business to consumer experience
- Excellent Organisational skills Essential
- Excellent Communication skills
- Highly Motivated
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent written skills
- Ability to demonstrate a hands-on approach and lead by example
- Passion for excellent customer service
