I have a bright double bedroom for rent within a lush 2 bed apartment in Cardiff. Wood floors throughout, lots of light and air, a patio and a big comfy couch. The flat is right opposite a shop and near lots of churches.Its only a 20 min walk from city centre,really close to Newport rd.
I'm pretty laid back and looking for a flatmate who is easy to get along with, respectful and a generally nice person :)
My work schedule is not 9-5 so u could end up having the place to yourself now and again. I work in the creative arts sector and enjoy every aspect of the Arts and Music. I also like lots of coffee and baking apple crumble!
Im looking for someone who can move in ASAP. Any length of time i will consider.
The room is partially furnished(it has a cupboard and a mattress).Unfortunantly I will not be able to fully furnish.Rent dosen't include bills
