I am looking for a flatmate from the 1st August to the 1 October 2008 while my current flatmate is in Europe.

The property is located in Cardiff Bay, approximately a 5 minute walk from the bars and resturants, overlooking the water. There is a large lounge and kitchen, and two bedrooms and bathrooms. It is fully furnished and only 2 years old.

I am a 27 year old professional male from New Zealand.
