I have a client based in Cardiff who are looking for a 3rd line, Network Support Engineer to support a Windows 2003 Domain with Active Directory, Exchange 2003 & Terminal Services.

The client operates in an Enterprise network environment and have 1200 users operating from a centralised data suite running 68 Servers. You require experience of troubleshooting the above technical environment in addition to supporting a VPN. The role requires a degree of flexibility so you may be required to work on remote desktop issues with Windows XP using Dameware.
