About the role:

We are currently seeking to recruit a Territory Manager to manage five of our busy bodyshops in the South Wales region. Reporting to the Divisional Manager, the successful candidates will be responsible for maximising the profitability of the territory, ensuring that customer expectations are consistently met and group initiatives and policies are implemented at all times.

About you:

Detailed knowledge of the accident repair industry and extensive management experience at a high level are essential. You will possess strong leadership skills and be capable of engaging positively with site managers, customers and suppliers. With the ability to successfully deliver sustained, profitable growth across the territory, you will relish the challenge of taking on a key role with the industry leader.
